We're based in Koreatown and travel anywhere in Los Angeles. Free travel within 20 miles of Koreatown. $1 per mile past 20 miles. That covers the whole city — downtown, the westside, the Valley, Pasadena, Long Beach, and everywhere in between.
We'll confirm the visit time with you and show up on time. Once we're there, we look at the issue, tell you what it'll take, and get to work. You're not billed for time we're not working on your problem.

We fix laptop software on any visit. We don't repair laptop hardware (screens, keyboards, batteries) — for those we'll refer you to a specialist.
